3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) aaaaopen account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material violation of these Terms and will result in permanent termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.4 Exclusion Lists. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling, or who have been placed on any regulatory exclusion list, are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the aaaaopen platform. Any account found to belong to a self-excluded individual will be closed immediately.
4.1 To use the aaaaopen platform, you must register by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaaopen login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.3 You agree to notify aaaaopen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. aaaaopen will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification. aaaaopen is required to verify the identity of Members before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification (UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and a selfie photograph when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal processing. aaaaopen reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
4.5 Account information must be kept up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must notify aaaaopen through the official support channels and complete re-verification before the updated information becomes active.
5.1 Currency. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the aaaaopen platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. aaaaopen currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time. Members should check the cashier section for the current list.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and member tier and are displayed in the cashier section.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) OTP confirmation to the registered mobile number; (c) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (d) anti-money laundering compliance review where triggered by transaction patterns.
5.5 Processing Times. aaaaopen aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to the recipient bank's processing schedule and may take 1–4 hours. aaaaopen is not liable for delays caused by payment processor or bank downtime.
5.6 Source of Funds. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. aaaaopen reserves the right to refuse withdrawal to any payment account that does not match the Member's registered details.
5.7 Unclaimed Balances. aaaaopen reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 from accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months after prior notice to the Member's registered contact details.
6.1 aaaaopen may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly stated to be "no wagering," bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion's detail page.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus offer may be active in a Member's account at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus and its associated wagering progress.
6.4 aaaaopen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already accepted a bonus offer will generally be permitted to complete the wagering requirements on the accepted terms, unless there is evidence of bonus abuse.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. aaaaopen defines bonus abuse as any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, account collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. aaaaopen may cancel all bonuses and void winnings if bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
7.1 Each game available on the aaaaopen platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.
7.2 All bets placed on the aaaaopen platform are final once confirmed. aaaaopen does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been accepted by the system.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game results or bet settlement, aaaaopen reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts to Member accounts. aaaaopen will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such malfunctions.
7.4 Live Dealer Games. Results in live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.) are determined by real physical equipment operated by human dealers and are final upon completion of each round. Stream disconnections experienced by a Member do not affect the validity of game results.
7.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting outcomes are governed by the official results of the relevant sporting events as determined by the governing body of the sport or aaaaopen's designated official result provider. In the event of disputes regarding event outcomes, aaaaopen's determination is final.
8.1 Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the aaaaopen platform:

10.1 All content on the aaaaopen platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio-visual materials, and the platform's underlying technology — is the intellectual property of aaaaopen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the aaaaopen platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other license or right is granted.
10.3 Members must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any aaaaopen content without prior written authorization.
11.1 aaaaopen collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aaaaopen's total liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 aaaaopen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from: (a) platform downtime or technical malfunctions; (b) delays in payment processing; (c) unauthorized access to a Member's account due to the Member's failure to secure credentials; or (d) any Force Majeure event.
12.3 The aaaaopen platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aaaaopen makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
13.1 Members may close their aaaaopen account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the Member's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification, provided the account is in good standing.
13.2 aaaaopen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.3 Upon termination for cause, aaaaopen reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real-money funds, if the balance is determined to be the product of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the aaaaopen platform, the parties shall first attempt resolution through aaaaopen's internal dispute resolution process. 14.3 If the internal dispute resolution process does not resolve the matter within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
14.4 In relation to games and betting disputes, aaaaopen's determination of game results and bet settlement shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory oversight.
15.1 aaaaopen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, aaaaopen will notify Members via their registered contact details at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the aaaaopen platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
